Seascape Marine provides commercial services including chartering, vessel operations and insurance to owners of ocean-going vessels.

The chartering team comprises of experienced and highly-skilled in-house brokers who market the managed vessels, identify and assess employment opportunities, and negotiate and conclude fixtures. Decision-making is supported by leading-edge business intelligence systems. Vessels are chartered to major companies and commodity traders around the world, both on the spot market and on long-term charters.

The operations team is responsible for: supporting the officers and crew onboard to execute the voyage safely and efficiently; monitoring and paying port dues; procuring high quality bunkers in an economical manner; and collecting the freight and other revenue pursuant to the charter parties.

The insurance services offered ensure appropriate cover both for Hull & Machinery and for Protection & Indemnity.

Experienced and qualified superintendent engineers work around the clock to ensure that each vessel’s hull, machinery and equipment is properly monitored and maintained. The maintenance standards of the company fully comply with the requirements of the classification societies, the laws of the country of registry of the vessel and of the countries where she trades, and the industry regulations.

Latest-technology business systems support the technical team to constantly monitor the efficiency of the vessel, identify areas for improvement, conduct feasibility studies, and take action to optimize vessel performance. Repairs are identified and carried out promptly and efficiently, to minimize off-hire periods and ensure the safe operation of the vessel.

Our purchasing team ensures that procurement of stores and spare parts is undertaken effectively to meet the high quality fleet requirements while managing associated costs. We work with suppliers who share the same values and standards in terms of how business should be done, and aim to build long-standing relationships based on mutual respect and trust.
